Phase 2 Plan – Balboa, Borego and Coral Gables. Please move cars out of garages, Coral Gables area and visitor’s parking spaces to the streets on Thursday night June 12. The HOA is working with the Village of Bolingbrook for overnight street parking approval. Sealcoating starts Friday morning 7:00am. All visitor spaces MUST remain empty until they are sealcoated and striped. Please let the sealcoating contractor take down the stakes for visitor spaces. Please let the sealcoating dry and cure at least until 6:00 PM Saturday. You can walk on it after 12 hours but please do not drive vehicles on it. The sealcoating contractor will take away all stakes on Sunday morning.
Rain – Unfortunately, rain is in the forecast for this week. This operation may be postponed until next week. We will know more later this week. Stay tuned.
