Phase 2 Sealcoating (Balboa, Borego and Coral Gables) is a GO for Friday June 20, 2025, 7:00am.
Please get your cars out to the streets Thursday evening. Do not park in the Vistor’s parking spaces on Balboa, Borego and Coral Gables as those need to be sealcoated and striped. Please tell your neighbors.
Please allow the Sealcoating company take the stakes/strings down at the appropriate time, probably Sunday morning. Please allow for proper drying/curing time.
The HOA Board will coordinate with the Village of Bolingbrook for overnight parking until Sunday morning.
