As some have noticed, weeds have taken over some parts of Bella Vista. The weed problem has been an ongoing problem for years. The HOA board has decided to take some bigger steps (with bigger expenses) to combat this problem.
Starting Monday (weather permitting), our Landscaper will be starting a program of multiple weed treatments, aeration and overseeding. Some of our weeds are perennials and will be difficult to kill. They have been here for years. The Landscaper is a pet lover and has assured us the treatments are “pet friendly”, but please use common sense as “pet friendly” only goes so far. Note… no weed treatment program is 100% effective, especially to the scale that we have here in Bella Vista. This is a journey, not a sprint.
